- Organized the design efforts to maintain budget and schedule requirement ; coordinated with contractors and client and assisted to manage on 1.5 million dollars of contracted price.

Notable accomplishments include the assisting the budget approval of $ 30 billion, the highest amount approved for the architectural service in Korea.
- Participated in business development analysis with KPMG Advisory Inc. to provide the architectural review and established the detailed construction process model.
