The redevelopment of this area sites in Affori, in the outskirts of Milan, was born with the aim of giving new value to this space decommissioned. It has been designed a sports center, residences and workshops artists, as well as greenhouses and agricultural laboratories and an office tower. The project gave shape and character to the office tower, a space heterogeneous closed but at the same time open to the large park that runs right through the central courtyard of the tower. Through the choice of materials and exposure, there are guaranteed the requirements of comfort and environmental sustainability.
