New spaces for the Museum of Science and Technology in Milan

The new spaces projected for the Museum of Science and Technology in Milan arises from the need to be equipped by new exhibition spaces.

The museum is located in the old Olivetan convent, subsequently became a military hospital during the Napoleonic period (1805 approx.) The project is located in the courtyard of the museum, which is currently occupied by three buildings, the naval pavilion, the aviation pavilion and stables, in addition to the Toti submarine.

From the new entrance on Via Olona, where are located the bookshop, a small library, a bar with a small restaurant and

panoramic terraces, you can access both the permanent and the temporary exhibitions. Continuing along the path there are the buildings for the permanent exhibition (a large basilica built on a series of walkways and a building for the open-air theatre) and the building for the temporary exhibition.
