Crescent Court Apartments

Crescent Court affordable apartments developed in partnership with Related NW, Central City Concern, and community organizations such as the Portland Boys and Girls Club and the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO). This complex offers a range of amenities including a teen room, community space, courtyard, and play area designed to encourage community connectivity, as well as onsite supportive services.

Crescent Court is designed for a lifetime of growth and caters to residents from all walks of life. With studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes, the complex has a primary focus on immigrant and refugee families, with an emphasis on raising families evident in its proximity to a grade school less than a block away and the inclusion of a Boys and Girls Club on-site. It is also conveniently located near public amenities including Midland Library, Ventura Park, the East Portland Community Center, and transit options.

Unit / floor plate layouts were created incorporating Cost Efficient Design & Construction practices. Crescent Court is also environmentally conscious and has achieved Earth Advantage Multifamily Platinum Level certification.
