Developed a 103-unit, 5-story project to provide assisted living and memory care for seniors on a located slighly south of town on a 1-acre at 16816 140th Ave. N.E. Inspired by the local vita-culture and winery buildings of the Drone province in France the project offers a public plaza with amenities. Currently completing permitting and entitlements, construction to start end of 2024.
