The proposal for the competition of Shenzhen Vision Business Park Phase III seeks to provide the sites with an apartment building and several office building to satisfy the need of living,  Research and Development, and commercial in the south part of Shenzhen Hi-Tech Zone.

Established in 1996, the Shenzhen Hi-Tech Zone has become the largest R&D base in the city of Shenzhen and are included into the Shenzhen Free Trade Zone. However, according to the survey and feedback, there exists several difficulties in the area: traffic, parking, catering, single function, public space, etc. during the development.

To provide excellent office space for the potential client companies, and better serve for the staff in the Vision Bussiness Park Phase I & II, as well as the companies in the neighbourhood if possible, the Phase III needs to deal with those issues, and meet the higher requirement for Green, Energy Efficiency and Intelligence.

The concept of proposal mainly using the method of volume insertion to create unified and clear appearance for the park, surrounding with central ground garden, lower part linking bridges, and other serving facilities, combine the two lots into an entirety.
