Tianjin OCT is located by Dongli Lake in Dongli District of Tianjin, with advantageous location, developed transportation and beautiful environment.

The plot C is located in the heart of Tianjin OCT, surrounded by water, with pleasant scenery. In the master plan, through rational and effective layout and combination of the buildings, "One Axis, One Belt, Two Loops, and Several Islands" pattern was formed, waterscape and architecture interspersed and enclosed, thus together interpreting a "courtyard" spirit of planning and architectural spaces.

In the architectural design, the cordial and livable British TUDOR style was introduced, thus not only adapting to the site climate and environment, but also continuing the local cultural heritage in Tianjin; Among which, the elevation design of duplexes and townhouses broke the monotonous repetition of same units, and adopted integrated design of one housing; In the façade, we mainly used the unique bright gray, brick red, brick gray and warm yellow colors of Tianjin, and buildings are elegant, noble, stable, and paying attention to details.
