Scope: Gut renovation of 10,000 square foot house;

Design Time: Jan. 2022 ~ Mar. 2023.

Design concept:  The clients for this project looked to create a place to entertain friends and family with its focus on dramatic reception rooms and the spacious living room.  To take advantage of the favorable weather of Palm Beach, we worked closely with the landscape architect to create a strong relationship between the interior of the house and the garden.  The style is a homage to the work of architect John L. Volk who did so much to shape the character of Palm Beach.  What was once just a clumsy pile of building materials is now metamorphosing into a Regency Style pavilion.
