In the wake of massive population growth, the city of Berlin, Germany, is in desperate need of housing for its influx of new inhabitants. This housing complex would be located in one of Berlin's many major parks, and would compensate for the lack of modern housing in the surrounding area. The units are stacked in a high-to-low manner, allowing each unit to have a unique view of Berlin's skyline, the park, or the smattering of rooftop gardens and public pavilions.
