Authenticity, natural materials, functionality. The philosophy behind the renovation of Casa Boulevard is born of these factors. A trophy building in the midst of Turin’s XIX century tree-lined boulevards.
A historical mansion coming back to life, with natural nuances matched with soft, vibrant colors applied on its original layout. Two units blend together, turning into a large, airy and well-lit space. The long hall becomes a bright passage. The kitchen, the house’s pulsating heart, opens up with a large glass window onto the inside. The bathroom, whose walls are plastered with lime and white marble powder, houses a freestanding tub: a room full of delicate shades, soft and opaque.
The natural materials, such as lime and fine wood essences, are combined with new minimal details, while preserving the original cement tiles. Stone and earth tones are evoked in a light and nuanced color dimension.
