A never-renovated reinforced concrete building from the 1940s. A green-oriented design project. A light architecture for a new family.
The main goal was transforming the space by connecting the living area with the green hills behind it.
The scenic entrance features a large glass window, dividing the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen, the pulsating heart of the house, features a large central island complete with cooking appliances.
The living area, matching the original layout, fit in the context with large, well-lit openings screened by light cotton and linen curtains, overlooking the green hills.
This is how a new home in the city center comes to life: a light architecture for a new family. A simple, personal and cozy atmosphere, featuring dynamic spaces, pale colors and a hint of green.
