Ware Associates provided the architectural and structural design services for this three-level 6500 SF single family home. The main level of the house consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, TV room, two bedrooms with bathrooms and a guest suite. The upper level of the house contains the master bedroom suite.  The lower level includes the two-car garage, an au pair suite, a laundry room and mechanical room.

The home has an intimate connection with the site, and is set into the existing hillside. It has a pier and grade beam foundation system and concrete retaining walls with metal framed construction and steel beams and lateral force resisting elements as required.
