In June of 2013, Elizabeth Plater Zyberk stepped down from the role of Dean at the School of Architecture after holding the position for 15+ years. After a international search done by the university, Dr.Rodolphe El-Khoury was named the new Dean In July of this year. Dr. El-Khoury comes to us by ways of the University of Toronto's The John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design. During his tenure there he was the Director of Urban Design, held the Canada Research Chair, and was the co-director of the Responsive Architecture laboratory (RAD Lab). He is also a founding principal of the firm Khoury Levit Fong and former principal at Office dA.
