Beginning in Oct 2013, this is a two phase residential development, project totaling 131,000 SF & 184 apartment units. 

Main 28-story tower features a folded plane tectonic, juxtaposed against a strong clean shear wall with a 3-floor high open notch mid-height for mechanical compressor farm. Full height glazing spans between the two components to complete the building's primary form. It features a thru-building arcade at grade level, linking the primary street with the alley behind, creating a unique commercial & retail development opportunity. The second smaller building's 2-level deep cellar houses an automated parking system that provides 20% of the units with private parking facility.

This project was taken through permitting, but was never executed for financial reasons.
