A residential mid-rise building with 82 apartment units within an 86,000 SF, 20-story building - this project was added to my roster at the Stephen B Jacobs Group by way of the previous PM leaving the firm.

Running the job since March 2015, when the superstructure had just been topped off, my duties as PM included the normal full CA scope - weekly site meetings, handling RFI's & submittals, as MEP installation began in full. In February 2016, TCO inspection was conducted for the lower half of the building, as the design team is punchlisting the upper floors.
