State Farm Center Atlanta Hub

Phase I of the State Farm Center includes a 586,000 SF, 21-story office tower with 14 office floors and 7 levels of parking. The building sits on a 4-acre site and is connected by a pedestrian bridge to an expanded MARTA station. TLP’s scope for interior lighting design included both the building’s core and shell and the tenant improvement areas. In addition to lobbies, offices, training and conferencing areas, the interior spaces include themed amenity areas where the staff can decompress and socialize. TLP’s exterior scope included lighting for grade-level gardens and roof-top terraces as well the distinctive lighting “gasket” that crisscrosses the building’s glazed skin. TLP also provided lighting design for the expansion of the MARTA station.
