As the last development site on an East downtown Toronto block, the architecture for Celeste Condos knits together two existing heritage buildings into a retail and office complex overlooking a new POPS.
The elegant condominium forming the tower in the composition completes the site as a true mixed-use development. The retail at grade optimizes the existing heritage buildings and links the tower lobby with the street and heritage buildings. Office space located in podium and lower floors takes advantage of the busy downtown hustle while residential units offer views across the city.
