Darren Sumner - Exec. Producer / Creator and Writer. He is an actor for strategic roles. His main focus is packaging , producing and funding motion picture projects and studios. We will revisit Media projects, as in July 2023, we secured a deal of $500M liquid funds initially to start the worlds largest media fund. 

ENTERTAINMENT: While merging architecture and entertainment in 2011, my own company contracts for Movie Studios, starting in New Orleans, LA.  First was $100m film studio and then in Miami, before David Beckham’s Inter Miami CF Soccer Club acquired the land for a new stadium. Next, my principal designers and several advisors, were also pushing for a future NetZero Production Campus on 300+ acres. We arranged the investment of $538M during 2020, with a ""Bottom-Up" budget with 5-year proformas. During 2019, I had stepped in to be Executive Producer role with a UK project with Top 5 oscar-winning production teams. Then COVID-pandemic hit to pause such things for now.

BACKGROUND: After decades of global projects and clients, Darren Sumner began designing and fund-raising for large-scale Motion Picture studio. This lead to Darren's re-branding or "reinvention". He called Time Warner acquisitions and negotiated a $50M JV deal with a studio project. Then made an initial offer to buy a active landmark studio in "Hollywood South." Its this type of work that Mr. Sumner enjoys.

PUBLIC SPEAKING 04/24/2012: New Orleans Bar Association. Joint Meeting of the Real Property and Entertainment Law Committees on "What to Know about Site Selection Agreements". Keynote Speaker was Darren Sumner (Reinvention Media, Ltd.), introductions by attorneys James Slaton, Lesli Harris, and a resident, working with Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained". This lunch meeting was hosted by the New Orleans Bar Association.
