About

See my other Archinect profile too. I’ve been fortunate enough to have designed all types of projects globally: luxury residential ($5M+), corporate office to hospitals, clinics, healthcare offices - to high-rise towers to island and city planning. One of my specialties is Resort Planning and development. I'm a unique developer and designer, that is patiently humbled by it all. I can lead and can follow.

I’ve been able to mix architecture and entertainment since 2011, after designing $100m film studio and then again in Miami for $50m budget before David Beckham’s group acquired the land for stadium. We are planning 2-3 other film studios soon.

An exciting new city has been in stop-start planning stages, pending assemblage of a legal foundation and allocated funding. Moved in California in 2018. Open-minded and dedicated ready to talk with your group!
