The Newark Industrial Line (NIL), formerly abandoned, presents an opportunity for transformative revitalization as it intersects with the NX bridge and traverses the Passaic River, converging with the Essex Hudson Greenway (EHG). This project focuses on revitalizing the redevelopment zone along the Passaic River, aiming to create a vibrant and sustainable urban environment.

Approach: The project will follow a two-phase process, aligning with the structure of the Newark Branch Greenway Studio.
