Exploring new ways of occupying the territory through the mode; relationships within the program that create dynamics through dispositions and mutability therefore defining a changing environment of connected movements, considering the existence of new lifestyles and therefore being capable of rebuilding scenarios. New lifestyles and their needs are analyzed and categorized by: individual, couple and family. The individual seeks functionality and flexibility of the spaces, products that ease the daily activities, in other words: leisure, spare time and luxury items. Couples need space and product that allow user participation, individual and common spaces, and a distended environment. And finally, families need flexibility and space mutability. All of these needs are reduced to shareable resources within a social platform (common space) that along with the private space (individual bubble) would form a cell. Neighborhoods would take shape inside the housing system through the cells, each with certain characteristics based on its lifestyle and program. These cells begin to connect forming a social web by means of a path or link within the collective housing.
