space for creative people

It is a multifunctional, co-working space with many facilities such as  gallery, auditorium, theater, cafe and garden. A good working environment enhances people's creativity.  Creative trends move quickly and creative people have their own work style. In the 21st century, we are experiencing a move away from static working style to more fluid arrangements. I think  fulfilling creative people's demands is a big challenge, because they are more dynamic than other groups.

I believe that for  people there are no boundaries nor limits and in this space, social connection, as seen in the community center allow members  to share their ideas and do collaborative work. In creative plane, all social space is connected by one folding plane, that allows people have unexpected encounters.  Also by providing the gallery and cafe space which is open to public, they have the chance to introduce their works public.
