42nd street, 6th Avenue, New York City , Japanese Sushi Restaurant.
New York is the city where various cultures and people exist together. Here, a restaurant is not just a space for eating but, an opportunity to represent a culture through the language of architecture. This Japanese sushi restaurant is inspired by chopsticks used especially in Asia countries and the different angles they create. These differing angles represent structures in the interior space and it represents traditional house structure in Japan. When customers use the space, they experience Japan and it’s unique culture.
