Schiavello's idea is to "cover" the existing structure of the building with natural materials, to convert it back to the concept of "germination, the life cycle of the plant", in order to cancel the most "intrusive" aspects of the structure already in to be and stimulate, in the visitor, an immediate visual appeal with the natural environment.

The people, looking at the building, will be able to bring their mind back to the world of plants, immediately connecting the building to the function for which it was designed and the activities carried out in it, all focused on the relationship between man and nature.
