This project is composed by twenty medical offices for outpatient distributed in five floors. Each office is divided in two parts: consultation area and auscultation room, likewise, each floor has its own waiting room, as well as its own sanitary services.

Vertical circulation is given by two elevators and an emergency stairwell. At the lobby you can find additional services such as a coffee shop, a pharmacy, a medical lab and a gift shop.

In the penthouse is situated the administrative area which comprehends the Director's office and a meeting room; as well as the rest of the floors, it has its own services besides a roof garden that allows a nice view from the workspace.

The shape was developed according to the building orientation: the main facade is south-oriented in order to get the most out of the natural lighting.
