The development of this project started in my days of student.

The first great challenge was the uneven ground, despite it wasn't that steep, I sought to optimize both material and human resources. This way, the spaces are arranged in different levels respect to each other, this produces not only interesting spaces and dinamism, but it takes full advantage of the context and gives response to all needs and requirements of the client.
