This project is situated in one of the highest parts of the city, thus the site has a slope of 3.5 meters between the highest and the lowest point.

The utilization of the site was the key for this project, generating different levels in the same floor, which gives interesting hallways, concluding in great rooms. Besides, the bedrooms have a great view of the whole city.
