Thesis Project - Best Class Project

This project was a real challenge due to the lot of requirements by the institution that requested it, because this requirements had to cover some needs of a psychiatric hospital and a shelter house at the same time.

The building is divided in four main subsystems: housing or dormitories, administrative area, recreational area and services to the system.

The dormitories are divided in fully equipped cores with all services in order to avoid the constant in and out, but just for the necessary.

This project has a great background as far as regards premises, the needs for this kind of users are quite specific and all were fulfilled to the letter.
