Welcome to Detroit’s urban front door. Located in the heart of the City’s Central Business District, the building’s soaring entrance is a beacon to the bustling, redeveloped Campus Martius Park. The building’s presence catalyzed growth + jump-started economic reinvestment in the downtown core. Once inside, visitors stand in awe of the monumental waterfall + art sculpture, which is circled by glass-enclosed office space. The million square foot, 15-story building hosts many community events inside its lobby + at its doorstep.
