Capable Interior Designer / Stylist, Project Coordinator, Trend Educator & Showroom Manager equipped with a can-do attitude who leverages the valuable design insight gained from past creations and able to implement them into a sale. I have exceptional design instinc & sales skills. Attuned to the importance of materiality, lighting and overall composition and am successful at listening to the needs of the client and collaborating on a creative vision. I am a high energy, self efficient, out of the box thinker, with a creative drive for interior design. I have been a Showroom Manager & Catalog Stylist / Project Coordinator for a Private Label furniture, home bedding & textile company for the last 4 years. They have very reputable clients that they do private label designing for such as Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel, Z Gallery, etc. I was also their Trend Educator to their designers & sales team.

It was my main responsibility to design sets and realistic visions of our products to their main buyers representing their company in order to sell bulk quantities to them.  I was the showroom manager / designer also for 5 Showrooms Across the Country; Designing real life home environments in order to create a home interior visual to sell home furniture and textiles at huge buyer tradeshows; Designing and creating layouts for Trade Show Seasons; Traveling to North Carolina, Dallas, Las Vegas, & Atlanta, as well as managing Main Corporate. I have also done assistant design freelance work for Nikki Chu, who designs home interiors for celebrities and high end clients.

As the company's Trend Educator, I would go to trend seminars in Los Angeles and San Francisco. I was expected to relay my interpretation of the upcoming trends through visual outlines and story boards. I had to educate the designers of all 3 divisions as well as the sales representatives and provide mass amounts of inspiration in order for them to become inspired to create upcoming lines.

I also have a small social media business I run from home for fun and to keep the other side of my brain moving. I teach small businesses or private practices such as doctors, editors, etc. how to attract clients (future business) and a presence through social media. This service also helps the older generation become more informed and thorough with social media. I teach them how to take short cuts and how to save tons of money by marketing on LinkedIn and Facebook. Its more of a hobby at the moment, but I have extensive social media & marketing / branding knowledge as well.
