Providing color selection and trend information to clientele. Managing all materials and corresponding with architects, project managers and estimators. Also assisting President with all daily office functions. Coordinating travel, calendar and personal errands. Director of all marketing and Social Media accounts. I am responsible for 4 publication ads monthly as well as maintaining and enhancing all social media accounts. Creating all graphic design campaigns and mailers for marketing purposes and general branding of the company. I also help manage and maintain owners personal real estate investments, managing multiple units. Responsible for move in / move out inspections, vendor management, property marketing, lease contracts, tenant services, etc.
