VELA is a residential tour of 38 residences curated as part of the Dorchester Collection. This luxurious tour crafted by Foster + Partners for Omniyat overlooks the Marasi Bay Marina and the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Designed with magnificence in mind, the residences exude a sense of light, elegance, and spaciousness. Thoughtfully optimized, they seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, boasting expansive terraces and wraparound pools in most units. Each space is oriented outward to fully immerse residents in the breathtaking views.

In overseeing this project, I led a team of three junior interior designers, meticulously supervising every stage of development. Our scope included designing public spaces, amenities, and six distinct unit types, comprising three penthouses, four-bedroom units, and three-bedroom units.

Together with my team, we meticulously developed each unit type from concept to construction drawings and details.
