PROJECT TYPE: FEASIBILITY STUDY

On this project, Rick gave me a site plan and said "Here, design a condo project with a Marina".  This was the result.  Comprised of 2 main buildings and a dockhouse/marina retail, the project is sited to take full advantage of its location on a penninsula extending into Lake Tillery.  The 3 story Community Center is located at the apex of the larger condo building, incorporating a "lighthouse" cupola that becomes the signature of the project.

I was responsible for zoning and code analysis and schematic design of this project, and I see that some minor modifications have been made during my hiatus from the firm but the overall scheme remains intact. Overall the project contains 26 - 2 and 3 Bedroom Condo Units, each unit extends the full depth of its building, and 2 and 3rd floor units have balconies, to take full advantage of the lake location and views.
