While working at Possemato Studio Architetti in Solopaca, Italy, I was involved with numerous projects. Two projects were both for the restoration efforts of the Ruspoli Palazzo in Cerveteri, Italy. An entrance vestibule for public use was developed in the attempt to be as unobtrusive as possible. The focus here is clearly supposed to be the restoration of this incredible palazzo. In order to accomplish this, the vestibule was made entirely of structural glass. there is only one steel structural beam which spans directly above the interior door. This beam is recognizing its surroundings by following the exact angle of the a ceiling condition, directly above it. I designed three lights for this project as well.
