This residential development in the Athens suburb Kifissia is composed of two apartment buildings and four semi-detached houses, with a total area of about 3,200m² (34,500 sq. ft).

The main goals of the design proposal were to ensure the privacy between all residences - as the building plot was small and trapezoid in shape - as well as achieving good levels of natural lighting and ventilation.
