This mixed-use building is located in the Peloponnese, a 1.5 hours drive from Athens.

On a 1,000m² (10,750 sq. ft.) plot of sloping land facing the sea, a small building was designed composed by a two bedroom appartment, an office space, a bar-restaurant, and gallery space.
