In my role as Creative Project Director and Assistant Director for Projects, I had the exciting opportunity to lead a multifaceted endeavor that encompassed the development of a sprawling resort, a comprehensive Theme Park Master Plan, Land Development, Attraction Development, CityWalk, and a collection of eleven owned and operated venues.

This ambitious project demanded a holistic approach, as I was entrusted with overseeing every facet, from initial concept to final completion. My primary objective was to ensure that the project not only met its deadlines but also adhered to strict budget constraints.

One of the core responsibilities was navigating the intricate landscape of governmental approvals and regulations. This necessitated constant coordination with government entities, executive leadership, and our valued joint venture partner.
