The project goal is to provide decent and affordable housing for the aging in our community.
Our design process is centered on the theme “SENIORS + URBAN JUXTAPOSITION”. This gives the aging an integral part within our community, thereby creating a platform where the young care for them and learn from their experience to build a better future. (i.e Workshops, Seminars)
Our design strategy was based on some of the key points listed below:
- Natural lightening/transparency
- Natural ventilation
- Sustainability strategy
- Accessibility (Ingress/Egress)
