This project was designed to accommodate 3 user categories.

Category 1 (Right wing) - This is a duplex for a family size of 3-5.

Category 2 (Left wing-ground) - This floor is designed to serve a single individual.

Category 3 (Left wing-top floor) - This floor shall serve as an occasionally used unit for the client who’s job entails a lot of traveling.

The aim of this project is to make profit and to help the client cut down on hotel cost whenever he is in Abuja (site location).
