This is a simple design with both floors consisting of 2 ensuite bedrooms, living room, kitchen, larder, dining and bar.
The first floor will be accessed only by the use of a floated staircase supported by a network of 50mm x 100mm galvanized steel sections bolted + welded together and complemented with a lean to roof built with steel sections, water proof membrane and thatched.
The use of thatched roof was influenced by it’s sub-urban context (Vernacular architecture).
