The intent of this luxury hostel project is to provide the University of Portharcourt student with luxury living units for those that can afford it, since luxury units are absent within the hostel accommodations provided by the university. This is an ongoing high end project by a private investor with it’s site located within proximity to the University of Portharcourt, Rivers State.
