Bon Secours Redskin Training Center

This 40,000 SF facility which will house the Washington Redskins training camp during the summer for the next eight years. During training camp, the Redskins will inhabit the entire first floor of the building, while the second floor will remain occupied by its full time tenants. The remainder of the year, the first floor will be occupied by Bon Secours and used for medical offices, education/outreach, physical therapy, and sports medicine.

The building layout had to remain flexible for the numerous clients, and the site had to be able to hold thousands of fans during the height of training camp.

The site also includes two full size football fields, practice fields, and public park/amphitheater.
