Project_Originally this flat was divided into thirteen  different rooms, many of them very small and without windows. After a deep analysis of the new owner's necessities, a young single professional, it was decided to entirely demolish the old layout and only reconstruct the necessary rooms. The loft has two different exterior facades, one to a very populated street, where the spacious living room was situated, and another one to a quiet square, where the only two bedrooms were located. The core ideal of the design was to establish a strong contrast between the historic character of the building, and the contemporary lifestyle of the client.
