Project_This is a proposal for the construction of a one-hundred condominium building in Madrid. The premise of the competition was to design the greenest project possible, divided into small units. In order to get cross ventilation, the volume was divided  into towers, so that all units had two independent facades. Contrary to competition requirements, the interior spaces are very small. The primary goal of the project design was to make living units with the largest rooms possible.
