This  2.75 acre property located  on Miami’s Biscayne Bay is the home of this multi-phased high-end residential project.  The project consisted of a Main House addition and renovation, a highly customized two-story Boat House, a Collections House (housing the client’s car collection as well as a small family theater) and a Guest House. 

My involvement included collaboration with the architect on the schematic design phase as well as drafting of construction documents  for various phases of the project.  I also managed the contractual billings, city permitting submissions and attended weekly construction meetings and walk throughs at the job site.
