This hillside residential project set just steps away from Cal State Los Angeles in East Los Angeles consists of 5, 1800 sf, 3 bedroom, 3 bath and 1 study for a total project area of 9000 sf. Each unit has a upper floor Master Bedroom suite with an outdoor deck with city views. I designed this project in sketchup + sketchup layout for schematic drawings. We exported the layout drawings to AutoCAD for design development.
