The Peacock Lake development consists of 1.05 million square meters of mixed- use space, including residential, retail/commercial, boutique hotel, and clubhouse components that are inter woven in an organic waterway experience. We designed the planning to include many diverse living experiences in and along the water way system. All of these areas are rich with parks, outdoor seating opportunities and unique pedestrian pathways.

Our team of 4, was invited to be a part of a 4 team competition to master plan the central
high density mixed-use parcel of this large primarily residential development. We created 3
schemes and were selected to complete the detailed planning for the parcel. Our design
stressed maximizing the amount of water side property while maintaining a pleasant mix  of high and low density that was pedestrian friendly.
