The town of Inveraray, in Argyll, is home to a Roman Catholic community with no permanent church. Argyll was visited miraculously by sea by St Kenneth and so the church on the water takes him as its patron. A cross on Loch Fyne represents St Kenneth's journey and greets the congregation through a glass wall beyond the holy water font. The tiered roof brings natural light into the church and each tier represents one of the Holy Trinity.
