While with a previous employer, Brian Tune provided architectural services for the owner for this fast-tracked construction, 190,000 s.f. data center. With three stories, and full-height lobby and corridors, the building exudes a high-tech, dynamic, and structurally expressive demeanor. The building contains offices, an Executive Briefing Room, Decision Support Center, three floors of data center raised floor area, a cafeteria and two-floors of mechanical/electrical spaces. The building mechanical and electrical systems are triple redundant, with gas turbine generators, two electrical feeds from different substations, and UPS back-up.

The exterior is composite insulated metal panels with internal curtain wall drainage gutters and seals.
