This 10,035 s.f. building derives it's unusual shape and design from the unique configuration of the building site. The building provides for three physicians, ten exam rooms, and ancillary support areas. A diagnostic wing provideds for patient convenience and includes a heart/sleep lab, a nuclear heart lab, echo and stress testing areas. The layout includes a 2,060 s.f. tenant fit-out for four sleep rooms and cognitive testing center. The interior finish compliments patient flow by using wall and floor finishes that not only direct but identify the function of the areas. A textured masonry and composite metal exterior combined with contemporary design elements reflect the "state-of-the-art" diagnostic practices of the facility.
